Today I am publishing a selection of practical beauty gifts. All of the products I have tried and tested myself. They range from the more expensive investment items that will help us to continue to look after our skin to the less expensive stocking fillers.
The first item is The Foreo Bear mini available here. You can get a 10% discount on the current price with code FOREOCHIC.
I really love this compact little device (gifted to test). I have been trialling it for a few weeks now and find it really easy to use. It helps detox the system and drain the lymph nodes after a night’s sleep. It stimulates my circulation and my skin looks pleasantly rosy after the massage. There is a sample sachet of Micro-capsule serum included with the Foreo Bear, a lovely lightweight serum that you rub into your skin before your massage. I have ordered a further supply. In the meantime, I find that the Foreo Bear works with my normal moisturiser.
You can see the Foreo facial cleanser and massager in the background of the first image. I have used this amazing cleanser for about four years now and it really helps get my skin clean. It took over from the Clarisonic, which I found a bit too harsh on my delicate skin. I would highly recommend this product. It comes with me when I travel.
A selection of practical beauty gifts:
Now for some new make-up from Lookfabulourforever. They sent me a set of their lovely lip and eye pencils to trial. I have been using them for a few days now and am very impressed. I have always used lipliners. Firstly they help to define the shape of the lips. This can be difficult as we get a bit older. I also use them all over the lips as a base layer, they help your lipstick to stay on better and if it does wear off during the day you will still have some colour left. The eyeliners are wonderfully soft and do not drag the delicate skin around the eyes.
At the moment there is 20% off everything. Their gift sets and make-up bags and brushes make ideal gifts. How about the Neutral make-up starter kit (suitable for all colour types) or the Make-up brush roll? Perhaps Tricia’s “Living a life more fabulous”. Very inspiring as we get older.
Shop Burts Bees Christmas gifts. They make excellent stocking fillers.
