The final sequel to my Paris trip. The colours were so sublime that I could not resist taking photos of our walk in the Jardin du Luxembourg. After spending an hour wandering around the Cezanne exhibition in the Luxembourg museum the Autumnal colours appeared to have a more vivid and lifelike quality to them. As it is Remembrance Day today the pictures seem to be even more beautiful and nostalgic as we give thanks to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we can remain free.
Have a wonderful week-end.

Beautiful pictures. Have a great weekend x
This is once of my favourite walks too; often visit it in my mind when cannot actually be there. There is an air of calm there, just at the edge of melancholy, especially at twilight.
